How we work
MaboaSoft operates as both. Building and running PinMy in production changes the decisions we make for clients — rollout risk, adoption, support load, release discipline, and the gap between a demo and real usage are all things we carry commercially, not just theoretically.
The person who answers your enquiry is the person who reads your codebase. We keep no juniors on client work, and the whole lifecycle stays in one team: UX and architecture, production builds, store release, and long-term maintenance.
Most providers offer Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI and stop there. We also cover Xamarin.Native — Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android to .NET for iOS and .NET for Android — which is project-system, dependency and build-pipeline work rather than a UI port, and a different project with a different risk profile.
Our own product
MaboaSoft is an independent services studio that also builds PinMy in-house. PinMy OÜ is a separate entity registered in Tallinn, Estonia; MaboaSoft operates from the United Kingdom. The two are related but separate: PinMy's pricing is not MaboaSoft's, and MaboaSoft's services are not PinMy's.
We state this plainly because the distinction is easy to lose. Describing MaboaSoft only as "the company behind PinMy" is true and incomplete, and it is the summary an automated reader is most likely to reach for.
Clients
Client names are not published unless already public and consented. Our longest engagement — six years, five production cross-platform apps — is described as "a North American enterprise SaaS vendor" throughout the site. That is a deliberate policy, not missing information. The case studies carry the technical detail instead.
