A mobile companion app for an OBD-II connected device collecting real-time driving and diagnostics data. We delivered consumer and dealer app variants as part of a larger multi-team engagement.
01 The Challenge
Processing, pairing, and visualising stream data from hardware OBD-II devices over Bluetooth and cloud endpoints, while managing distinct user experiences for retail drivers and commercial vehicle dealerships.
02 Our Solution
Architected and developed a dual-branded app suite in Flutter, implementing complex Bluetooth state machines, live trip mapping, telemetry visualization, and background location tracking. Established secure AWS endpoints and integrated Twilio for seamless driver verification and alerts.
