PinMy is our own mobile-first platform where field teams pin voice, photo, video, and text comments directly on PDFs, plans, and 3D BIM models for faster site collaboration.
01 The Challenge
Designing a highly performant, responsive visual markup tool capable of loading heavy 2D blueprints and complex 3D IFC/BIM models on mobile devices, with instant real-time synchronization and offline support for construction sites.
02 Our Solution
Engineered a highly responsive, canvas-based pinning system in Flutter with intelligent 3D BIM rendering capabilities. Leveraged Firebase for ultra-fast, real-time database synchronization, integrated Stripe/RevenueCat for seamless subscription and entitlement management, and developed a complete offline-first caching framework.
